Katie Sajatovic

Katie completed her law degree with first class honours and was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2013.  

Katie has a particular interest in Estate Litigation. She was the instructing solicitor in a large and complex Supreme Court Trial in 2021 in relation to an Estate Dispute when working as a Partner in her previous role.  Katie's clients were successful in their action and the decision can be accessed here.

​Katie works in all areas of compensation claims but has a particular interest in securing compensation for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. She has acted for clients in numerous claims against the Government, Churches and other organisations.  She has also acted in a number of complex claims requiring the freezing of the perpetrator's assets to protect her client's entitlement to compensation.  

Katie has been involved in a number of motor vehicle accident and medical negligence claims which have successfully resolved for in excess of one million dollars.

Katie is passionate about her work and delivers high quality services with compassion and empathy.

Katie has been recognised in Doyle's Guide (voted by defendant lawyers) as a recommended lawyer in the area of Medical Negligence in South Australia.
