Matt DeGregorio

Matt was admitted to practice in September 2005.

He has practiced extensively in childhood abuse claims and has represented hundreds of clients. Unfortunately the law in Australia was not favourable to survivors of abuse between 2005 and 2016 but the SA government has now passed laws allowing survivors to relitigate their claims in most cases. The changed laws will provide greater opportunities for survivors of abuse to seek appropriate compensation.

He has also been recognised in Doyle’s Guide (voted by defendant lawyers) as a leading motor vehicle accident and medical negligence lawyer in South Australia.

Matt has successfully negotiated a number of settlements in excess of one million dollars for motor vehicle accident and medical negligence claims.
