Silvana is a skilled finance and operations professional with over three decades of experience spanning the legal, financial, and technology sectors.
Her career began in the early 1990s with one of Adelaide’s oldest and most respected law firms, where she developed a strong foundation in trust accounting, compliance, and operational excellence.
Over the next 15 years, Silvana managed and oversaw the financial operations and trust account management for two prominent Adelaide law firms. In these roles, she was instrumental in building robust financial systems, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring strict adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
Transitioning from the legal field, Silvana went on to manage a successful mid-sized IT company. As an owner and financial leader, she was responsible for all aspects of financial management and played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Silvana has contributed her expertise to various volunteer associations in key stakeholder and leadership roles, demonstrating her commitment to community and collaboration.
Now, through her role with MKF, Silvana returns to her professional roots – combining her deep understanding of legal and financial operations.
